Prof. Guanglin Li

Professor Li is the director of the Key Laboratory of Human-Machine Intelligent Collaboration System, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the director of the Institute of Integrated Technology, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIAT-CAS). In 2009, he returned to China to be fully engaged in biomimetic rehabilitation robot, human-machine intelligent enhancement and interaction and other research. His research direction is human-machine intelligent interaction, neural rehabilitation engineering, rehabilitation robots and information processing and instrument of biological medicine.

Prof. Chunhua Yang

Dean of the School of Automation, Central South University, China

Prof. Yang's research interests mainly include control of complex industrial processes, online measurement and equipment for process industries. She received multiple project funding, including the Key Program, and Distinguished Young Scholars Fund of the National Nature Science Fund of China, the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China, the National Key Technology Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, University-Enterprise collaborative research project. She has won the Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress for 4 times.

Prof. Zhengbin Wu

Prof Zhengbin Wu is the Director of Tianjin Chinese-Academy-of-Sciences Institute of Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. and Professor of Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his PhD degree from University of Paisley, UK in 2006. Dr Wu was engaged in science and technology research, development and management in different organizations in both China and the UK, including Dongfeng Automotive Engineering Institute, Precision Acoustics Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. Dr Wu has undertaken various important projects with the total funding over 0.1 billion RMB. He presented more than 50 publications and applied for 55 patents. Dr Wu has been the Chair of Science and Technology Association of Tianjin Binhai New Area since 2019. He was also selected as a Tianjin Science Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent in the same year.

Prof. Er Meng Joo

Professor Meng Joo Er is currently Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor and Director of Institute on Artificial Intelligence and Marine Robotics at the School of Marine Electrical Engineering, Dalian Maritime University, China. He was Professor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore from 1992-2020. He served as the Founding Director of Renaissance Engineering Programme and an elected member of the NTU Advisory Board and from 2009 to 2012. He served as a member of the NTU Senate Steering Committee from 2010 to 2012.

Prof. Lianghong Wu

Professor Wu joined the Communist Party of China in November 1999, and graduated from Xiangtan Institute of Technology in June 2001 and stayed at the university to teach. He got his Master's degree in control theory and control engineering of Hunan University in June 2008, and obtained his Doctor's degree in control science and engineering of the university in December 2011. From September 2010 to July 2013, he served as Deputy Director of the Electrical and Transmission Research Institute of the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education of Advanced Mining Equipment. Besides, he served as Deputy Dean of the School of Information and Electrical Engineering from August 2013 to April 2017, and Dean of the School of Information and Electrical Engineering from May 2017.

Prof. Jing Na

Kunming University of Science and Technology, China

Prof. Na has been engaged in the research on complex electromechanical system modeling and intelligent controlling. Na got his engineering Master's and Doctor's degree in Beijing Institute of Technology School of Automation in 2004 and 2010 in order. From 2012 to 2013, he was engaged in post-doctoral research at the French ITER Organization (commonly known as the "artificial sun" international science project). Besides, he was selected as an EU "Mary Curie" scholar and engaged in research at the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom from 2015 to 2016. Since 2010, he has worked in the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, and was promoted to professor in 2013. Currently, he is designated as Director of the Institute of Intelligent Control of Complex Electromechanical Systems, Kunming University of Science and Technology, and Head of the Robot Technology Innovation Team of Kunming University of Science and Technology.

Prof. Patrick Siarry

Patrick Siarry was born in France in 1952. He received the PhD degree from the University Paris 6, in 1986 and the Doctorate of Sciences (Habilitation) from the University Paris 11, in 1994. He was first involved in the development of analog and digital models of nuclear power plants at Electricité de France (E.D.F.). Since 1995 he is a professor in automatics and informatics. His main research interests are computer-aided design of electronic circuits, and the applications of new stochastic global optimization heuristics to various engineering fields. He is also interested in the fitting of process models to experimental data, the learning of fuzzy rule bases, and of neural networks.

Prof. Huiyu Zhou

Prof. Zhou currently heads the Applied Algorithms and AI (AAAI) Theme and leads the Biomedical Image Processing Lab at University of Leicester. He was the Director of MSc Programme (2018-19), and currently is the Coordinator of MSc Distance Learning, PGR Tutor and a Member of Research Committee at School of Informatics. Prior to this appointment, he worked as Reader (1/2018-3/2020) at University of Leicester, and Lecturer (9/2012-12/2017) at the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Queen's University Belfast (QUB). He currently is a visiting scholar of QUB.

Prof. Limei Song

Prof. Song's research interests mainly include artificial intelligence, control science and engineering, and 3D intelligent vision detection. She finished a number of national, provincial and ministerial level and enterprise entrusted cooperation projects. She is the managing director of the first council of Tianjin Artificial Intelligence Society and the director of the first council of Tianjin Robotics Society. In 2014, she was awarded Tianjin 5.1 Labor Medal, and in 2015, he was selected as "131" first-level talents of Tianjin. She has won the Prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress for 2 times.

Chen received the Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from HuazhongUniversity of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2014. He waspost-doctoral at School of Information Science and Engineering, Central SouthUniversity, 2015-2017. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Visiting Researcher in theCenter for Polymer Studies and Department of Physics, Boston University,Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He is currently the Director of the Institute ofComplex Systems Analysis and Control, a Professor in the School of Informationand Electrical Engineering, Hunan University of Science and Technology,Xiangtan, China, and also a visiting researcher at the Chinese Academy ofSciences. His research interests include networked control systems, complex networks,network security, multiagent systems, robust control and their relatedapplications. He is the chief scientist of the national key R & D program,the winner of Hunan outstanding youth fund, Hunan Young Talents of science andtechnology innovation, and Hunan young backbone teachers. He is a standingmember of IEEE PES iGET, a standing member of youth working committee of Chinaautomation society, a member of TCCT networked control system group, a memberof TCCT stochastic system control group, a senior member of China automationsociety, a senior member of China instrumentation society, a member of computersociety, a director of Hunan automation society, a standing director of Hunaninstrumentation society Director of Hunan system simulation society.
